Christmas is around the corner and it is the season of giving. If by now you have yet to find presents to get, and can’t figure out what to give, we have some ideas on hand for you, be it for someone you know, or even your pet dearest! Here’s our list of unusual Christmas gifts for you to get this holiday season, that’ll be sure to put a smile on your recipient’s face!
1 – Ralph Lauren Cotton Polo Shirt – For Dogs
We kick off our list with something for all you dog lovers out there. Why not get your furry friend a Ralph Lauren branded polo shirt for Christmas? Better still, why not pick up a matching one for yourself and make your pet’s daily walks a more stylish affair?
2 – Beer Making Kit
Have a friend that loves craft beer? Do they obsess over it and want to try every single new brew that they can find? Get them their own beer making kit so that they can try their hand at brewing their very own beer. Yes, this is legal in Singapore.
3 – Skull Candle
There are lots of people out there who love skulls, but sometimes finding them a good gift can be tricky, especially with the limited selection. So here is the perfect gift for them – a beautifully moulded black wax is almost too good looking to burn. Alas, poor Yorick!
4 – Whiskey Lip Balm
For that whiskey lovers you know, but who can’t take a swig too often for whatever reason – get them this instead! Made from whiskey flavoured oil, this soothing lip balm soothes and relieves chapped lips – all while tasting like a really good single malt. What could be better?
5 – Bar10der
For the budding bartenders out there, this awesome Swiss Army Knife style tool has everything you need to mix your own drinks at home or anywhere, all in a compact package. If you want a fruit cocktail, use the muddler to crush the fruit and the reamer to juice them. To measure the spirit, use the sprigger. Whatever you need to make a whole cocktail, there’s bound to be something to aid you in the process (alcohol, fruits and herbs not included!)
6 – USB Fridge
Know someone who may need a drink in the office? Or perhaps the pantry’s too far? Save all the trouble by getting one of these instead – All it needs is to be plugged into a USB port and it will keep the beverage cool until you drink it. Better yet, there’s no rule that says you need to store drinks in there. Chocolate bars fit nicely as well.
7 – Smartphone Projector
Movies and videos just aren’t as much fun on the small screen, and if you have company who wants to watch it too, this can be a problem as everyone would have to crowd around your electronic. This neat gadget solves that issue – all one has to do is pop their smartphone in the slot and point the projector at a wall, great for anyone that has a ton of videos or home videos on their phone.

9 – Game of Gnomes Gnome
Almost everyone knows someone that is addicted to Game of Thrones, now that it has become a worldwide phenomenon. Featuring the Iron Throne of Westeros made from gardening tools, with a surly looking gnome sitting atop it, you don’t even need to be a fan to get a laugh from this one.
10 – Marmite Board Game
Marmite – the black, gooey and savoury yeast spread that has divided the opinions of people for years. Love it or hate it, there’s now a board game about it. This fun little puzzle game can be played with 2-6 players and is a great way to discover the things friends and family enjoy or loathe. An entertaining board game, hopefully even for those that hate marmite.

Know any gamers? Then this is the ideal present for them. Based on the popular video game by Ubisoft, this stylish hoodie is a great addition to anyone’s wardrobe, and it is subtle enough to not be passed off as cosplay (should you fear stares).
12 – Mat the Moustache
For the final gift, something silly for that kooky friend of yours. Mat the Moustache is a doormat shaped like a big bushy ‘stache. Perfect for the refined gentleman’s front door, or better still, for Moovember next year even.
