Bulletproof desserts?

Whipped cream, Ice Cream, Chocolate syrup and Pudding (Custard). Which do you think is considered bulletproof? Make your guess before you continue reading!

If you guessed pudding, you are correct! Unlike the others, pudding, which is also known as custard, is actually a non-newtonian fluid. What this means is that it doesn’t act like how a normal fluid would, due to the fact that within its ingredients, there is a mixture of cornstarch and water. When hit with a sudden and hard impact, the mixture causes the molecules to bind together, and so the fluid behaves like a solid temporarily until the impact subsides.
