Years & Years are Olly Alexander, Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Türkmen. Formed in 2010 in London, the trio’s keyboard- and electronics-based sound first gained exposure when the single “Traps” was released in 2013. In 2015, the band released their debut full-length album Communion, featuring hit singles “King” and “Shine”. The well-received album debuted at number one in the U.K. and peaked in the Top 50 of the U.S. Billboard 200. With Communion, Years & Years made a palpable new tribal impact on pop.
In July 2018, Years & Years released their hugely-anticipated second album Palo Santo. The album is stuffed full of meaningful hits including “Sanctify” and “If You’re Over Me”, a transitional leap from the lay-lines of the homespun pop majesty of Communion toward something of the crystalline magic that ran once through the Jackson family fingertips. Throughout, Years & Years have crafted their own special landmarks that feel intuitively connected to great British pop classicism while standing bolt upright on a world stage next to Drake, The Weeknd and Rihanna.
Palo Santo is a whole new universe created from the imagination of frontman Olly. ‘Where can I be my freest self, not tied to a gender or sexuality. I’ll just create my own world where those things don’t exist, where anybody can be any gender and sexuality that they like.’ In this thrilling parallel universe, light years from here and now, a utopia has been sketched out. It will be revealed across all the media surrounding Palo Santo, in videos, narratives online and off, finally climaxing in every sense of the word onstage in the all new Years & Years show.
‘It came from loads of different ideas of what Years & Years is about and what I am about,’ Olly says. ‘I felt like creating that space and playing around in there would be a good thing to do. It has all my favourite things combined: sci-fi, spiritualism, performance and identity.’

Dublin-based rockers, KODALINE will be making an anticipated return to Singapore!
With their brand new album, Politics of Living, they are more than ready to embark on their upcoming world tour. On Politics of Living, Kodaline teamed up with some of the hottest production and writing talent imaginable including hitmaker supreme Steve Mac (Ed Sheeran, Liam Payne), pop guru Johnny Coffer (Rag’N’Bone Man, Beyoncé), long-time collaborator Johnny McDaid (P!NK) and many others.
The album is a delightful treat and surrounds big choruses with digital rhythms, glimmering piano riffs, and synths!
London-based songwriter and electronic musician William Phillips makes yearning, bittersweet dance tracks under the name Tourist. Phillips initially made a splash in 2010, when he was using the moniker Little Loud; his remixes of indie artists such as Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti and HEALTH circulated online and received notice from music websites such as Pitchfork.
He debuted the Tourist pseudonym in 2012 with a self-titled EP (also referred to as Placid Acid) on Make Mine, which also released an early single by Disclosure around the same time. The release’s sunny, ’80s-inspired synthesizer melodies and leisurely tempos were in line with the chillwave subgenre, but his subsequent work took a darker, more poignant turn. The Tonight EP appeared in 2013 on the Monday label, and the release marked the shift in Tourist’s sound toward U.K. garage and house, with choppy vocal samples and more urgent melodies.
Tourist completed high-profile remixes for Chvrches and Haim, and EP Patterns arrived on Disclosure’s Method Records in 2014. Featuring guest appearances by Lianne La Havas and Will Heard as well as the single “Together,” the EP was Phillips’ most well-received release yet. Phillips co-wrote Sam Smith’s smash hit “Stay with Me,” which won the 2015 Grammy Award for Song of the Year. He continued to release Tourist singles and collaborated with Years & Years and Josef Salvat & Niia in addition to co-writing Låpsley’s single “Hurt Me.”
Tourist’s debut album, U, inspired by the end of a four-year relationship, arrived on Monday in 2016. Phillips returned in the summer of 2017 with the Tourist and Ardyn collaborative single “We Stayed Up All Night.”
