LAMC Productions is pleased to announce that Canadian Rock band, NICKELBACK will hold their first concert in Singapore for their Feed the Machine Tour on Wednesday, Feb 20th, 2019, at ZEPP@BIGBOX.
This tour will be based on their highly anticipated ninth studio album ‘Feed the Machine‘, which was released in June 2017. Since then, they have been touring – they performed 80+ sold-out shows around the world.
Nickelback is Chad Kroeger (Lead Vocals, Guitars), Ryan Peake (Guitars, Backing Vocals), Mike Kroeger(Bass) and Daniel Adair (Drums, Backing Vocals). The rock group formed in 1995 in Alberta, Canada and thus cemented themselves as one of the most commercially viable and important acts of the past two decades. As a group, they have sold more than 50 million units and are the second best-selling foreign act in the U.S., only behind The Beatles. Their smash hit “How You Remind Me” was named Billboard’s ‘Top Rock Song of the Decade’ and was No. 4 on the Top 10 songs of the 2000’s list. Nickelback’s album ‘All The Right Reasons‘ has been Diamond Certified (10 million copies sold) by the RIAA putting them on an elite shortlist of artists to ever accomplish this. Amongst all these accolades, they’ve also been named Billboard’s “Top Rock Group of the Decade.”
Furthermore, they have had nine Grammy Award nominations and have been inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2007. They have already performed twelve consecutive sold-out world tours.

English pop rock band The 1975 is making their long-awaited return to Singapore this year on September 16th at The Star Theatre, The Star Performing Arts Centre. Singapore is the last stop on the Asian leg of their world tour based on their most recently released album ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships‘. The last time they performed here was at the 2016 Laneway Festival, so fans have been patiently awaiting their return.
Consisting of Matty Healy, Adam Hann, Ross MacDonald, and George Daniel, the quartet were formed in high school. Although they originally started playing small gigs, they have since moved on to bigger things. Since their hit singles ‘Sex‘, ‘Chocolate‘, and ‘Robbers‘ were released on their self-titled debut album, they have achieved massive success domestically and internationally. Their second and third album, ‘I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it‘ and ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships‘ respectively, were also met with critical acclaim. At their upcoming concerts, The 1975 are likely to tease songs from their fourth studio album ‘Notes on a Conditional Form‘, which is due for release in May this year.
