Denser than the usual cupcake, the Bacon Maple Cupcake, which can be found in Maple & Market (Singapore) is a burst of flavours. Adorned with maple syrup frosting to complement the buttery bacon cupcake, this tiny piece of confection has a flavor you can imagine – both sweet and savoury.

BACON JAM
Instead of just piling strips of crispy bacon on a toasted bun, why not spread chunks of it marinated in a sweet sauce instead? Available at the Jewel Café and Bar (Singapore), this homemade bacon jam served with a plate of toasted baguette slices has a sharp tartness to it, and along with that is the sweetness of crunchy bacon.
