With Taylor Swift coming to Singapore soon for her “The 1989 World Tour” in November, Cornetto is teaming up with the global superstar to be the official sponsor for her performances! Similar to the BlackForest Red ice-cream which was released for her “The Red Tour” last year, this year’s flavour is known as Taylor Swift Caramel Shake.

Dressed in silver and orange, with a catchy name, the packaging includes a code eligible for point redemption for fans to win premium seats to the performance as well as redeem them for exclusive merchandises – “1989”-themed drawstring bags, autographed copy of “1989”, Instax camera, T-shirt etc etc.

So how does the ice-cream fair?
Priced at $2.40 per Cornetto, the Caramel Shake consist of two layers of ice-cream – a caramel layer atop a vanilla base with a chocolate core. Topped with chopped peanuts, the ice-cream doesn’t taste of caramel but rather of peanut butter (in some tasters, it was more like Thai Milk Tea) instead. However, the chocolate core is enjoyable as it was not frozen solid, so the chocolate oozes out instead.

The Taylor Swift Caramel Shake is currently available for sale at convenience stores as well as supermarkets in Singapore.
